Shaun Davy, our Chief Consultant, is a professional speaker, business strategist and writer; and, founder of Barnabas Business, International. He is an award - winning, first-rate, bi-lingual communicator with 20+ years of progressive management and training experience in both personal and professional development, domestically and internationally in 50+ nations.

Additionally, Shaun’s been a consultant with one of the world’s largest outplacement firms and to numerous top professional leaders from Fortune 500 companies, such as Boeing, Disney, Litton, Lockheed-Martin, and many others, conducting Employee Transition Management seminars, and as a one-on-one consultant.

His diverse career included many years in the US Air Force in Broadcast Logistics for Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, and as Commandant for Professional Military Education.  Shaun's also served as the Assistant Director of Training for a western University.

He’s Certified by the U.S. Department of Labor as a National Career Transition Instructor and has a Management degree and Certificates in Logistics Management and Instructor Technology.

He resides in Southern California, where his passion for travel and investing in peoples´ lives leads him all over the globe, most recently South America.
